1. Refund Eligibility:
We accept refund requests for items returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging unless specifically stated on the product details page.
2. Opened Items:
Opened items are not elligible for returns. this includes:
1. Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging.
2. Items that have visible indications that the package has been opened.
3. Opened cases that are no longer factory sealed.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
Limited edition items, mystery boxes, and pre-order products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. Return Process:
To request a refund, email us at [info@vaultoftreasures.com] with your order number and details about the issue. We’ll provide instructions for the return. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
